FP&A Analyst

We’re working with a well-established Texas-based construction and fabrication company known for delivering large-scale, complex projects across the region. They’ve built their name on precision, safety, and teamwork… and they’re looking for a Senior Accountant / FP&A Analyst to keep the financial engine running at peak performance.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 3–5 years in Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting, or FP&A

• ERP system experience (bonus points for Viewpoint Vista) and advanced Excel skills

• A sharp eye for detail, ethical mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
