About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team. This is a true FP&A position, not accounting, where you’ll help shape insights, build models, and partner directly with business leaders. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis, contributing to the company’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple business units
- Build, analyze, and refine financial models to evaluate performance, trends, and forward-looking scenarios
- Deliver variance analyses and management reporting to senior leadership
- Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions
- Utilize tools such as Excel, NetSuite, and Tableau for analysis and reporting
- Continuously improve existing processes and models, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Background: Strong foundation in finance, accounting, or related field. Public accounting, investment banking, corporate FP&A, or valuation backgrounds are highly valued
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Strong Excel skills required, experience with NetSuite and Tableau is a plus
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering polished, high-quality work
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for business leaders
