Line Lead / Supervisor

What YOU get to DO in this key leadership role:

Manage and lead a growing team of 10–15 Production Operators, ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Oversee daily operations of the beverage canning line, ensuring efficient, compliant, and consistent production processes.

Train and supervise line workers on proper use of equipment, safety procedures, and production best practices.

Monitor and optimize production performance, implementing adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and throughput.

Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs or adjustments to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment aligned with all applicable federal and state regulations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of products.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably within the food or beverage industry.

Hands-on experience operating and managing a bottling or canning line.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.

Ability to fabricate, sanitize, and package products according to detailed specifications.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-oriented, fast-paced production environments.
