About the Role:
As the Validation Test Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of power systems and networking equipment in a dynamic production environment. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining product integrity, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to ensure top-tier quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of validation technicians, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to hit daily testing and quality goals.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to align on production goals and resolve technical challenges.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in validation processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

• Technical Problem-Solving: Leverage your expertise in power systems and networking to lead your team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

• Safety Leadership: Foster a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular training, and ensuring a secure work environment.

• Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory control teams to maintain the materials necessary for seamless testing operations.

• Team Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure your team’s continuous growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on power systems, networking equipment, and technical troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and validation testing methodologies.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process optimization.

• A commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, manufacturing ERP systems, and data analytics.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.
