Operations Manager
Our client is an innovative and expanding Cosmetic Solutions company committed to providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients.
As they continue growing, they are seeking a talented Operations Manager to join their team and contribute significantly to their growth trajectory. This individual will assume the crucial responsibility of supervising and enhancing the daily operations and financial functions of the company's Solutions division.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and controls, analyze reports for improvement, and manage cash flow to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with executives on financial strategies, streamline operations, and monitor performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, implement training systems, and contribute to strategic growth plans.
- Conduct market research, assess risks, and provide leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
- Seeking a COO experienced in EOS culture, offering a strategic advantage in implementing this business operating system.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA certification considered advantageous.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within small to mid-sized companies.
- Strong financial expertise encompassing analysis, budgeting, and reporting, coupled with adeptness in operations management and project enhancement.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and excel in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred experience with Google Workplace and proficiency in Monday software.
- Experience executing tasks using Slack and hands-on familiarity with Zenote (Med Spa Software) are highly desirable for ALS.
