Our client is a leading provider of electrical and industrial solutions, rooted in delivering quality installations . As the company continues to grow its service and special projects division, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Account Manager / Salesperson to join the team. This role is ideal for a dependable and approachable professional who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and getting the job done right. The selected candidate will work directly with commercial clients across South Texas to provide solutions for service work and smaller-scale electrical projects.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Meet with commercial clients, including property managers and facility operators, to assess service and project needs.

  • Estimate and quote quick-turn jobs such as lighting repairs, panel upgrades, tenant improvements, and system troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with electricians and technicians to ensure smooth job execution that meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Maintain organized records of quotes, job status, and follow-ups, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and pride—acting as if your name is on the truck.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Prior experience in commercial electrical service or sales.

  • Ability to read blueprints and develop accurate estimates quickly.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships.

  • Proven track record of dependability, task completion, and client satisfaction.

  • Valid driver’s license and strong work ethic.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with the South Texas region and/or background in the trades.
