As the company continues to expand its impact across the Department of Defense, they are seeking a Product Manager – Navy Solutions to lead the development of new productized capabilities within the Ark platform. This individual contributor role is responsible for identifying, validating, and delivering innovative “0-to-1” product solutions that solve complex challenges for Navy customers. The ideal candidate will be driven by product adoption, capable of translating user needs into scalable workflows, and motivated by building differentiated solutions that strengthen national security.


What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Identify, assess, and define new product opportunities for Navy and related defense customers through direct engagement and discovery.

  • Embed with users to understand operational workflows and uncover pain points that can be solved through productized capabilities in the Ark platform.

  • Draft clear and compelling product requirements, use cases, and prototypes that translate customer needs into actionable development priorities.

  • Partner with the sales, implementation, and customer engagement teams to evaluate opportunities, align requirements, and support successful sales outcomes.

  • Define addressable market size, competitive landscape, and short-term revenue potential for new features.

  • Build business cases and validate concepts using the Value Proposition Canvas and/or Business Model Canvas frameworks.

  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to estimate investment costs, timelines, and technical feasibility.

  • Facilitate the market introduction of new product capabilities, balancing tradeoffs between risk, cost, and delivery speed.

  • Ensure seamless integration of new features into the Ark platform for adoption across multiple customer accounts.

  • Communicate the value of Ark’s capabilities to customers and demonstrate how solutions can be configured to meet specific mission needs.


What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, including work with enterprise (B2B or B2G) solutions.

  • Strong value orientation and ability to identify what truly matters to customers.

  • Demonstrated self-starter with an ownership mindset and strong execution capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one with sponsorship.

  • Experience within or exposure to the Department of Defense (DoD), particularly Navy programs or acquisition environments.

  • Familiarity with Value Proposition Canvas or Business Model Canvas frameworks.

  • Prior experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments.

  • End-to-end product lifecycle experience, from ideation to production launch and maintenance.

  • Advanced degree in a business or technical discipline.
