Sr. Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy, microgrid, and advanced power projects.

• Apply AutoCAD expertise to interpret, update, and create control drawings and designs.

• Participate in fieldwork, overseeing system implementation, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to drive projects from concept to completion.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve challenges during design, development, and maintenance phases.

• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–5 years of professional engineering experience.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical control drawings/design.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Must reside in California, with flexibility to travel for fieldwork.

• Interest in project management and applying problem-solving skills to real-world engineering challenges.
