As the company continues its rapid growth, they are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand market presence. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with CISOs and senior security leaders, telling a compelling story about how human behavior impacts cybersecurity risk—and how intelligent analytics can prevent breaches before they happen.


What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Build Pipeline: Proactively generate and manage a robust 4–5x pipeline through outbound prospecting via calls, email, social outreach, events, and partner collaboration.

  • Run Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, solution alignment, executive presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Consultative Selling: Craft and deliver a persuasive narrative around human risk, behavior change, and the measurable business value of proactive defense.

  • Forecast with Accuracy: Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data integrity, build reliable forecasts, and clearly communicate next steps and close plans.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to execute territory plans and continuously refine go-to-market strategies.

  • Drive Market Growth: Represent the company’s AI-native HRM platform to prospective enterprise clients and position it as a transformational cybersecurity solution.


What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Proven B2B SaaS new business experience within startups or high-growth sales environments where you built your own pipeline.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota against seven-figure annual targets.

  • Expertise in enterprise deal execution, including multithreading, executive-level communication, and navigating complex procurement cycles.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.

  • A self-starter with a competitive drive and ownership mindset who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus—but curiosity, adaptability, and a hunger to learn the domain are essential.
