Our client is a fast growing SaaS organization who's software is built for the supply chain community. To keep scaling, we’re hiring our first Technical Program Manager — someone who can bring discipline, visibility, and leadership to how we deliver.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives spanning OMS, WMS, integrations, and frontend.
- Translate company priorities into structured roadmaps, clear milestones, and sprint-level execution plans.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, resolve blockers before they surface, and ensure programs stay on track.
- Run and refine ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, reviews) that maximize focus, velocity, and transparency.
- Build visibility across the org with dashboards, release schedules, and risk tracking that keep leadership confident and teams unblocked.
- Partner with leadership in quarterly strategy sessions to align delivery with company objectives.
- Join in-person workshops, strategy sessions, and offsites to strengthen alignment and collaboration.
Implementation & Client Delivery
- Lead technical onboarding and integration-heavy implementations in partnership with Customer Success.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable project plans for engineering.
- Coordinate across third parties — warehouses, WMS providers, and marketplaces — to deliver seamless integrations.
- Build direct trust with clients by combining technical fluency with business context.
Developer Velocity & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with developers to remove blockers, prioritize high-leverage initiatives, and scale processes that allow engineers to ship faster.
- Instill a QA-first mindset, ensuring every deliverable is tested against ripple effects across order flows, purchase orders, and financial data.
- Champion continuous improvement — streamlining execution and raising the bar for delivery quality.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure companies.
- Strong technical fluency: familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), serverless architecture, and AWS Lambda.
- Experience working directly with engineering and product in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Linear).
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- Background in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics tech, OMS, or WMS.
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows, CI/CD systems, or modern release management practices.
