Test Application Engineer
Overview
We’re seeking an expert-level Application Engineer specializing in the ATE 93k platform. This individual will develop and optimize advanced test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor products—particularly in support of next-generation AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive, self-directed work ethic.
Key Responsibilities

V93000 Test Solutions: Develop and implement advanced high-performance digital test solutions using the V93000 platform.

Test Program Development: Create, debug, and optimize V93000 test programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Customer Collaboration: Partner closely with customer engineering teams to apply best practices and deliver complete, high-quality solutions.

Project Management: Handle multiple projects and changing customer priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Technical Leadership: Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and strong communication skills.
Travel: Approximately 10%–25%
Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in electrical testing of SoC integrated circuits

Advanced expertise with the ATE V93000 (digital) platform

Strong understanding of digital ATE testing techniques

Proficient in Linux/UNIX environments

Skilled in C++, Java, and object-oriented programming

Experience with Perl or Python scripting

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly motivated

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

System-Level Testing: Familiarity with system-level validation of semiconductor devices

ATE Hardware Interface Design: Understanding of DUT interface hardware design, schematic capture, and PCB layout
