As the company continues to enhance its RV and Camping storage vertical, they are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their team. The selected candidate will focus on improving existing user workflows for one of their largest customers, prioritizing consistency, user success, and achieving targeted business outcomes at a rapid pace. 

This role offers the opportunity to work with a distributed team across the U.S., Australia (AEST), and India (IST), with a preference for candidates in the U.S. West Coast or Mountain Time zones to maximize collaboration.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Research, conceptualize, design, and deliver effective, valuable, and user-centered consumer software experiences in collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Generate design deliverables—such as sketches, storyboards, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes—to organize complexity and facilitate quick, cost-effective idea exploration.

  • Gather quantitative and qualitative customer data, design experiments, and conduct research rounds to inform and validate design decisions.

  • Develop final designs, documentation, and assets to support delivery and launch.

  • Deepen your understanding of users and help others do the same.

  • Utilize and contribute to the design system to ensure UI consistency, enhance usability, and improve accessibility.

  • Participate actively in scrum planning sessions, retrospectives, and evaluations to assess progress and challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Design peers to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and inspire innovation.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product design.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions (required for consideration), proficiency in Figma.

  • Previous experience researching and designing for B2B and B2C SaaS user experiences, ideally in the hospitality and travel industry.

  • Mastery of design craft, including the ability to create practical solutions, map user flows, refine interactions, and oversee implementation with engineering.

  • Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team to facilitate, lead, challenge, and build consensus.

  • Passion for understanding and advocating for the end user.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Attentive listening skills with the ability to perceive underlying needs and insights.

  • Comfort in both giving and receiving constructive criticism to foster growth.

Bonus Points:

  • Comfortable with Miro, Pendo, Google Analytics, Jira.

  • Previous experience building or managing a pattern library.

  • Enjoys pranking and infusing fun into the day.
