Workplace Experience Manager

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a passionate and driven Workplace Experience Managerto join their HR team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in cultivating a vibrant and productive workplace environment, with a primary focus on the Austin office and additional support responsibilities for locations in NYC, Chicago, London, and remote employees. This position blends facilities management with culture-building initiatives to ensure an engaging experience for both in-office and remote teams. This is a full-time, in-office role based in South Austin, reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Develop and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, culture, and morale across multiple offices and for remote employees.

Plan and coordinate social activities, office events, and team-building initiatives company-wide.

Manage internal communications related to workplace experience and drive continuous feedback collection and implementation.

Act as the main point of contact for vendors across locations; negotiate contracts and oversee service delivery aligned with workplace goals.

Serve as the liaison for subtenants in the Austin office, addressing needs and ensuring a positive shared space environment.

Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Austin office, including supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor communication.

Create and support initiatives that promote connection and culture among remote employees.

Support budgeting for workplace experience programs, track expenses, and provide reporting across locations.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

Proven experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, or a related HR/facilities function.

Prior experience supporting multi-location or remote workforces is strongly preferred.

Excellent vendor management skills across multiple services and geographies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and solve problems efficiently.

Creative mindset with the ability to design inclusive, high-impact employee programs.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
