rAOS (the “Application”) is proprietary software owned by recruitAbility LLC (“RecruitAbility”). It is made available solely to RecruitAbility employees and authorized contractors for the purpose of conducting RecruitAbility business.

License. RecruitAbility grants each authorized user a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application in the course of their work for RecruitAbility. No other rights are granted.
Restrictions. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or provide access to the Application to anyone outside RecruitAbility.
Data. All data in the Application, including data obtained from QuickBooks Online, belongs to RecruitAbility and is governed by RecruitAbility’s internal policies and the rAOS Privacy Policy.
Third-party services. The Application connects to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, which are subject to their own terms. RecruitAbility’s use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s terms of service.
Termination. Access ends when a user’s employment or engagement with RecruitAbility ends, or when revoked by a RecruitAbility administrator.
No warranty. The Application is provided for internal use as is. RecruitAbility may change or discontinue it at any time.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
