recruitAbility has been named the #6 Best Place to Work in the Micro Company category as part of the Austin Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work Awards, and the team couldn’t be more proud.
This marks the fourth time recruitAbility has made the list, a streak that started not long after the company opened its doors.

What the award measures
This isn’t a popularity contest decided by outsiders. The Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards come straight from employee surveys, rating things like leadership, communication, culture, and overall satisfaction. In other words, the recruitAbility team told ABJ what it’s like to work there, and the answer was good enough to land the company in the top tier four separate times.
