Bobby Jones

He is coming to the recruitAbility team from the role of CEO of a company he started in 2010 called Project Serve Beach Club.

Project Serve is a nationally recognized beach volleyball training academy as well as a benefactor for local charities like Big Brother Big Sisters and Boys & Girls Clubs of Austin. We run leagues, classes, and beach volleyball events of all kinds at our facility located at the Domain.

As CEO/Head of Athlete Development, one of my primary duties was to help train and prepare our high school athletes to be recruited and placed in to NCAA beach volleyball programs.

We were blessed with success in this endeavor where we were able to sign 100% of our Recruiting Program athletes to collegiate programs since 2014.

I’m excited to join recruitAbility to bring my talents as an athletic recruiter to the professional world to help change lives at scale! I’m eager to learn valuable, new skills in a successful environment from some of the very best minds in corporate recruiting!
