Cathryn brings almost a decade of global talent acquisition and HR experience, and a people-first approach that clients and candidates both feel. Cathryn began her career in full-cycle recruiting and moved into leadership early. She’s managed recruiting teams, then served as an HR Business Partner, advising executives on workforce planning, performance management and employee relations. Along the way she led the rollout of AI-powered hiring technology, making sure the tools supported better decisions without losing the human side of hiring. She is a Recruiter Academy Certified Corporate Recruiter (RACR) and is certified in Culture Index, Predictive Index and DISC behavioral assessments. Those tools help her see what drives a person, not just what’s on their resume.

Today, Cathryn recruits for technical, executive and sales roles across industries including technology, legal technology and healthcare. She also consults with startups and established companies on their talent strategy, working with distributed and international teams. Hiring managers value her honest market insight and steady partnership from kickoff to signed offer. Candidates value her clear communication and the support she gives them, from interview prep to the final negotiation.

Originally from San Antonio, Cathryn now calls Austin home, a perfect fit for a lifelong music lover who never passes up a good concert. Her fashion roots show up in her love of sewing, and as a self-proclaimed foodie, she’s always looking for the next great place to eat. Most of all, she treasures her time with family, friends and her puppy, Dice.
