Damien Richburg

Damien Richburg brings a synergetic background to the recruitAbility Team. With a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and the knowledge he has obtained as a CFA charter holder, Damien is able to use his expertise to provide effective solutions to unique problems and ultimately help drive success.

As a recruiting and business development specialist focused on Finance and Accounting, Damien has partnered with over 100 businesses across industries and interviewed over 1500 finance and accounting professionals. With this experience, he is able to provide in-depth consulting knowledge, a streamlined hiring process, and a sought-after level of service to business partners.

Originally from New Jersey, Austin has become home to Damien and his family. As an active member of his community, Damien has served on the board of the Austin Chapter of the National Black MBA Association as its President, serves as an Advisory Board Member for Huston-Tillotson University School of Business and Technology, and is an active member of The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Austin Chapter. In his free time, Damien enjoys creating memories with his wife and kids, CrossFit workouts, and adding to his ever-increasing list of home renovation projects.
