With over 30 years of experience in management, consulting, recruiting, and coaching, Michelle Carlberg-Segers is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she has a proven track record of guiding others toward their career goals and building strong relationships that lead to long-term success.

Michelle’s career includes more than 20 years in the financial services industry, where she helped design and implement a leadership and sales coaching program. Her proudest achievements include watching advisors take ownership of their processes, fostering accountability, and creating succession planning strategies that ensured a strong bench of future leaders. Michelle has since worked in several industries, including but not limited to legal, construction, manufacturing, accounting, non-profit, and more. Since relocating to Dripping Springs from Fort Worth in 2017, Michelle has focused on recruiting and consulting with both clients and candidates, always with an emphasis on authenticity, service, and lasting partnerships.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her blended family, soaking up the Hill Country lifestyle, and catching live music. She also shares a love of dirt bike racing with her youngest daughter, proudly cheering her on as she carries on the family tradition.
