Sam Bryant brings nearly two years of experience across marketing, sales enablement, and business development in the software, healthcare, and construction industries. She thrives on turning complex problems into streamlined marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive sales pipelines, and strengthen client relationships.
Her experience includes developing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for AI-driven healthcare technologies at Iodine Software, leading demand generation campaigns at Data Kinetic, and launching go-to-market plans for new products at Austin Touchstone Builders. She also collaborated closely with Silicon Labs during her graduate capstone project, designing a B2B IoT-focused ABM framework to drive strategic partnerships and demand generation. Sam has a deep understanding of the challenges facing growth-stage companies and is excited to bring her data-driven marketing expertise to support recruitAbility’s mission of helping organizations build exceptional teams.
Sam went to Lake Travis High School, and then the University of Texas at Austin, receiving her bachelor’s in health Promotion and Behavioral Science, and her Masters of Science in Marketing. She worked in the serving industry during college at various restaurants in Lakeway and Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys walking local trails with her dad, spending time at Lakeway Park, exploring the live music scene, and watching classic films. A creative coder, she even built a classic movie randomizer app using Python and SQL.
