Laura Paredes is a dynamic and versatile recruiting professional with a strong foundation in full-cycle talent acquisition, sourcing strategy, and recruitment operations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at recruitAbility, she supports client hiring needs across various industries while also contributing to process improvement and marketing efforts as an Admin & Sourcing Coordinator. With experience spanning the U.S. and Latin America, Laura has developed a keen ability to connect with candidates and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Prior to rejoining recruitAbility, Laura held senior recruiting roles at Solvo Global and Right at Home, where she led hiring initiatives across healthcare, technology, and corporate functions. She began her recruiting journey with hands-on roles at ConnectM and as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for IT, accounting, and finance roles. Laura earned her degree in Administrative Engineering from Fundación Universitaria Autónoma de las Américas and studied English at Universidad Metropolitana.

Now based in Medellin, she enjoys working remotely while staying active and embracing new challenges in the ever-evolving world of talent acquisition.
