The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting new small and midsize business (SMB) customers to closing the first subscription payment. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and demonstrating clear, measurable value. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where performance directly shapes team success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding and first payment.
  • Conduct daily prospecting, discovery calls, and customized product demonstrations.

  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets, including 60–90 outbound calls per day (varies during ramp).

  • Leverage established sales playbooks while collaborating with peers and leadership to refine sales strategy.

  • Develop deep knowledge of the company’s platform and the industry it serves.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed pipeline updates in the CRM with urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business.

  • Experience selling to SMB customers (e.g., healthcare offices, restaurants, bars, professional services).

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and generating momentum with cold prospects.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management.
