Client Success Representative

Our client is a fast-growing media group that delivers integrated marketing solutions tailored for high end real estate. Known for managing some of the most recognized publications across North America, they connect millions of buyers and sellers through a full range of targeted print, online, and mobile services.
As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Client Success Representative to join their in-office team in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact, hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) focused on client retention, relationship building, and account growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients succeed, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

Own client retention and renewal goals by monitoring account health and reducing churn.

Identify upsell opportunities and recommend services aligned with client objectives.

Build lasting client relationships through ongoing strategic support and communication.

Support onboarding of new clients into marketing platforms and tools.

Serve as the main point of contact for client communication across phone, email, and text.

Organize advertising materials and coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Resolve service-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Production to deliver a seamless client experience.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

Experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support preferred.

Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail and follow-through.

A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

A track record of exceeding client satisfaction, retention, or engagement metrics is a strong plus.
