We are recruiting for a Director of Sales who will lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales process optimization, and team development. This remote role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in SaaS sales, particularly in meeting management solutions for government and public entities. The Director will oversee sales performance, nurture key customer relationships, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Establish and refine sales processes, metrics, and performance standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, within municipalities, government agencies, and school districts.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and inform the product roadmap.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement programs, tools, and technology to support the team’s success.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to adjust strategies and ensure pipeline accuracy.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of SaaS sales leadership with a proven track record in B2B sales, forecasting, and quota management.
  • Familiarity with sales in Meeting Management Software for municipalities, government entities, and school districts.
  • Skilled in influencing C-level executives and managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models, CRM systems like Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and empower sales teams to achieve their best performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities in decision-making, adaptability, building partnerships, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
