Our client, is a long-established leader in the beauty, spa, and wellness furnishings industry. Known for durable products and a strong customer-first culture, the company is in growth mode, expanding into salon chains, spa groups, medspas, and adjacent markets.
They are seeking a Director of Business Development to spearhead this expansion. This role is designed for a hunter who excels at opening new markets, building strategic relationships, and driving multi-million-dollar growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business in regional salon chains, spa/wellness groups, and medspas
- Build relationships through trade shows, franchise brokers, and direct outreach
- Open new markets beyond salon suites and expand the company’s footprint
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that clients can scale with
- Travel nationally (30–40%) + periodic trips to Texas HQ
