They are seeking a Director of Business Development to spearhead this expansion. This role is designed for a hunter who excels at opening new markets, building strategic relationships, and driving multi-million-dollar growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business in regional salon chains, spa/wellness groups, and medspas
  • Build relationships through trade shows, franchise brokers, and direct outreach
  • Open new markets beyond salon suites and expand the company’s footprint
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that clients can scale with
  • Travel nationally (30–40%) + periodic trips to Texas HQ
