What You’ll Do

Build and own outbound: Define territories, lead strategy, and execute on outbound motion for SMB legal firms nationwide.

Lead and coach a team: Take charge of a small team of Engagement Directors, sharpen their focus, and expand as results scale.

Turn warm into wins: Drive conversion from webinar registrants, former clients, and warm leads into steady pipeline.

Hunt net-new: Activate prospect lists and expand into new markets (Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, and beyond).

Drive pipeline discipline: Set clear activity metrics, create predictable forecasts, and keep CRM data clean and actionable.

Collaborate to win: Partner with Marketing on campaigns, Inside Sales on hot leads, and Customer Success on expansion.

Sell smarter: Position Lexbe’s AI-powered differentiators to show firms why faster, affordable, and accurate eDiscovery is a game-changer.
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

What We’re Looking For

A SaaS outbound leader who knows how to build and scale new logo engines in SMB/MM markets.

Experience selling to attorneys or professional services buyers a strong plus.

Comfortable with metrics-driven leadership and virtual team management.

Hands-on builder mindset: you’re as ready to run plays yourself as you are to coach others.
