A leading industrial and steel fabrication company is seeking a high-performance Industrial Sales Manager to grow market share, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead sales strategies in a competitive and fast-moving sector. This is a hands-on role for a driven professional who thrives on building relationships, winning bids, and turning opportunities into revenue.

Lead Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in industrial and commercial steel fabrication markets.

Grow Strategic Accounts – Build trust with decision-makers, maintain long-term relationships, and expand revenue within existing client portfolios.

Drive the Sales Pipeline – Prospect using networks, industry platforms, and lead services; manage all opportunities in CRM with accuracy.

Collaborate on Bids & Proposals – Work with estimating and operations teams to prepare competitive, accurate proposals.

Negotiate to Win – Secure favorable contract terms while maintaining strong client relationships.

Be the Client’s Advocate – Monitor satisfaction, resolve concerns quickly, and ensure every project meets client expectations.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this role:

5+ years of proven success in industrial/commercial steel fabrication sales.

Experience with structural steel detailing, fabrication, and erection practices.

Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.

Skilled at reviewing bid scopes and estimates for accuracy.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with general contractors and owners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
