Key Account Manager

Their fun, engaging content transforms waiting rooms, gyms, bars, and restaurants into better experiences for customers and better businesses for owners.
They are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their dynamic New York City team. This role will focus on acquiring new accounts and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What YOU get to DO in this role:

Identify, engage, and secure new high-value accounts within bars, restaurants, and other targeted venues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to establish the platform as a must-have service for their venues.

Convert prospects into advocates by collaborating on campaign executions, sampling programs, and deep integration strategies.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers by providing technical support, training, and opportunities for expanded use.

Monitor local market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality and entertainment industries.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for new customer sign-ups, account retention, and revenue growth.

Partner with internal teams—marketing, product, and customer support—to deliver an exceptional client experience and share feedback on opportunities for improvement.

Track and report on pipeline development, sales activity, and customer engagement metrics using CRM tools.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required).

Proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or technology sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a territory.

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and data-driven decision making.

Ability to develop long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base.

Familiarity with the New York City bar and restaurant scene is a plus.

Willingness to travel within the NYC territory and attend in-person client meetings.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow and manage a book of business.
