Partner Sales Manager

They are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to join their team. In this role, you will develop and nurture strategic partnerships, identify and recruit new channel partners, and expand the company’s reach through collaborative relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in partner sales or channel development, excellent networking skills, and experience working with consulting firms or franchise organizations to drive business growth.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including consulting firms and franchise organizations.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and deal closure.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network, represent the brand, and uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align partner engagement strategies and maximize lead generation.
- Research and target high-potential partners within the restaurant, convenience store, and automotive industries.
- Monitor partner performance and contribution to revenue growth, providing regular reports and insights.
- Develop and execute plans to motivate and engage partners, ensuring sustained collaboration and pipeline growth.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel sales, preferably within software or technology industries.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and develop strategic partnerships, especially with consulting firms and industry-specific channel partners.
- Strong networking skills with established relationships in target industries such as restaurant technology, retail, and automotive manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to nurture and maintain long-term partner engagement.
- Comfortable representing the company at industry conferences and events to build brand presence and expand partner networks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with overall business goals.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and researching potential partners independently.
