Note: This ia hybrid role for Austin-based candidates (2 days/week in office)
What YOU get to DO in this growth-focused role:
- Own and optimize paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition and LTV
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to test and iterate ad concepts
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and inform future strategy
- Manage agency partners and performance dashboards to ensure alignment and transparency
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to maintain competitive edge
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for leadership visibility
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this dynamic role:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in DTC or Consumer Products
- Proven track record managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models, A/B testing, and funnel metrics
- Experience working with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Shopify
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving, and mission-driven environment
- Bonus: Experience in health, wellness, or natural products
