Enterprise Account Exec


Our client is a fast-growing, highly successful technology product company in the Software Development Tools space based in Austin, Texas.  Known as the leader in Database DevOps, they currently work with  4 out of the 5 largest banks and have a strong presence in the FinTech space due to the excellence of their Enterprise Solution. Downloaded more than 100 million times, their software enables DevOps teams around the globe to accelerate the software delivery process by automating database updates, security, and governance. They are a nimble, fast-paced, innovative team with the opportunity to make an outsized impact on the business and the industry.

As the company continues to expand its efforts, they are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help grow the Mid-Market segment of our database change management product. The main responsibilities of the role will be to expand the customer base and build an organization from scratch. We’re looking for someone with a passion for creative selling to potential customers in the DevOps realm and who can also mentor and develop others to be successful in sales. This is a 100% remote position.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement. 

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience selling Open Source Solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise companies.
  • Willingness/Ability to hunt and build out a new Territory from scratch.
  • Skilled at communicating with multiple stakeholders to navigate complex enterprise sales deals.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is also required.
