Quality Supervisor – Electromechanical Assembly | Manufacturing Excellence

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented quality leader with a passion for ensuring exceptional product and process standards? We are seeking a skilled Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality operations within a fast-paced electromechanical assembly environment. This role is perfect for a quality professional who thrives in a hands-on setting, ensuring compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9000/9001 standards and internal quality processes.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts.

  • Oversee in-process and final inspection activities to maintain high product quality.

  • Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Develop, review, and approve quality documentation, including control plans and inspection procedures.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, scrap, rework, and customer returns.

  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (preferred).

  • At least 5 years of quality experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9000/9001 standards.

  • Strong background in electromechanical assembly, including PCB, mechanical, and electrical components.

  • Leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing, and managing teams.

  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques like 8D, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and quality-related software (e.g., Minitab, ERP systems, QMS platforms).
