Our client is a dedicated Austin-based, private equity-funded, medical device company that offers an innovative, FDA EUA-authorized, rapid PCR, point-of-care system. Their product is easy to use, affordable, and provides PCR results in only 15 minutes. They have a vision to enable simple, affordable, rapid, and accurate testing for everyone. As they continue to grow exponentially, they are looking for an Office Manager to supervise office management and facility-related tasks across company locations. This person will collaborate closely with Administration and Operations teams, offering administrative assistance to the Executive team as required.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company: 

  • Oversee office operations and facilities management for company locations, including supply inventory, maintenance, and administrative support. 
  • Coordinate visitor arrivals, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and manage budgeting for facility needs. 
  • Provide assistance with onboarding and recruitment efforts as required.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Office Management or relevant office services is necessary.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and implementing effective solutions is essential.
  • Effective communication with all team members is a must.
  • The ability to collaborate, articulate the rationale behind decisions, and influence others in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Capable of working independently with moderate supervision.
  • Possesses a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for report and log completion.
  • Must be able to navigate the facilities effectively.
