As they continue growing, they are looking for a Middle Office Operations Assistant responsible for performing administrative, reconciliation, and client service duties, utilizing software programs and specialized operations systems.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company?

  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the Corporate Operations department. 
  • Responsibilities include confirming daily trades, managing collateral, reconciling cash balances, monitoring fund performance, investigating discrepancies, and preparing various notices. 
  • Verify future margin statements, support trade processing, generate internal reports, and fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned. 
  • Effective communication with Japanese counterparts and affiliates is also required, along with supporting all system requirements for the Operations Team.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in buy-side asset management or equivalent sell-side experience in trade confirmations, settlements, and collateral operations.
  • Strong knowledge of derivative products, operations, and domestic and global Fixed Income.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, familiarity with CTM for trade matching and settlement.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize tasks, perform with high accuracy, and meet tight deadlines.
