Vendor Management Associate

Our client is a well-established investment firm.  As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Chief of Staff with exceptional communication skills to provide crucial support to their financial advisors. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee contracts, vendor relationships, compliance, and calendar management.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Offer comprehensive support to senior executives, managing inquiries, onboarding, invoices, calendars, and expense tracking.
  • Act as a central liaison between financial advisors and various departments.
  • Create and maintain reports using Smartsheets.
  • Review and assist in negotiating contracts and amendments.
  • Resolve contractual and interpretive differences between vendors and business units.
  • Function as a project manager, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Vendor Management, Office of the CEO/COO, or Business Manager.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in interactions with high-level executives.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with high integrity and strategic thinking.
