Vendor Management Associate

Our client, a reputable company in the financial services industry and experiencing rapid growth, seeks a Project Manager with excellent communication skills to provide vital support to their financial advisors. In this diverse role, you will implement new processes, oversee contracts, manage vendor onboarding, ensure compliance, and serve as the liaison between multiple teams

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing inquiries, onboarding, invoices, calendars, and expense tracking.
  • Serve as a central liaison between financial advisors and various departments.
  • Create and maintain reports using Smartsheets.
  • Review and assist in negotiating contracts and amendments.
  • Resolve contractual and interpretive differences between vendors and business units.
  • Oversee the full scope of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role/ 
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in interactions with high-level executives.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset coupled with high integrity and strategic thinking.
