As they continue growing, they seek a Senior Office Buildout Lead who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing office build-out projects from start to finish. This individual will drive the incorporation of technology and usability aspects into their new office spaces.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Acquiring specifications for technology infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, and project management, and having decision-making authority on project requirements. 
  • Collaboration with various teams such as infrastructure engineering, real estate, and leadership is vital. 
  • Coordinate and oversee office build-out projects daily, which includes managing project timelines, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, overseeing technology infrastructure, documenting project progress, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Effective communication, collaboration, decision-making, and a focus on optimizing project outcomes while aligning with company standards and objectives are essential for this role.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Demonstrated experience in office build-outs or comparable projects, showcasing expertise in technology infrastructure requirements and vendor management.
  • Adaptability and effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders are essential.
  • Demonstrated agility and proficiency in creative problem-solving, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Engaged in the initial design phase of new offices, particularly focusing on technology-related aspects.
  • Established and maintained relationships with key vendors and service providers, providing direct oversight of third-party work.
  • Exhibited a strong sense of urgency and prioritization, executing tasks quickly and efficiently with keen attention to detail, even while managing multiple concurrent projects.
