SaaS Sales Rep – Storage Focused (New Business)

Our client specializes in technology solutions tailored for the self-storage sector. Their range of products is crafted to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction within the self-storage industry.

As they continue growing, they are looking for a Sales Executive with SaaS and New Business Development experience as well as a unique skill set focused on relationship management to join their team. In this role, you will be using a defined sales process to identify prospects and their needs and selling a cloud-based point of sales solution to self-storage facility owners and managers.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company: 

  • Manage, maintain, and retain accounts within an assigned book of business, ensuring consistent engagement with operators.
  • Act as an advocate for operator success, aiming to reduce churn and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure that operators have the necessary resources available to succeed within the Storable ecosystem, utilizing self-service collateral, training materials, and performance reporting.
  • Document details of identified opportunities to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on opportunities, leads, and prospects. 
  • Accurately forecast attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.
  • Constantly strive for self-improvement and possess the curiosity to stay abreast of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales books, and collateral.

 What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a relevant field of study preferred. 
  • Experience selling to all levels of management.
  • Experience with Google Apps and Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Have demonstrated success in relationship management within the storage industry.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand, interpret, and present data with a consultative approach.
  • Quick grasp of new concepts, openness to change, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to actively listen for understanding and influence outcomes.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent client service.
  • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic, and a high level of energy.
