Our client operates as a wedding planning platform, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and simplifying the wedding planning journey for couples globally. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to provide crucial support to the CEO and key leaders within the organization. This is a hybrid opportunity in North Austin

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, travel, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as event planning, market research, and executive presentations.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions their our office, including office supply management, facilities coordination, administrative support, and data analysis using Excel functions
  • Assist with the e-commerce store receiving purchases, managing inventory, submitting refunds, coordinating shipments, etc.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting software/tools.
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a hybrid remote/in-person setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
